Q: What is a project key?
A: A project key allows the client(s) to privately view their completed project through the internet.
Q: How do I receive a project key?
A: All clients and associated parties will receive their key via e-mail upon the project's completion.
Q: How long is the proofing period for my project?
A: Each project is given a one (1) month proofing period beginning at the time of post.
Q: Can I extend the proofing period?
A: Yes. All requests for extension must be submitted before the proofing period's end date.
Q: I have misplaced my project key. How can I retrieve it?
